Pastor Heuda Gaines, 85, passed away February 27, 2015.
Born Jan. 28, 1930, he was a son of King Gaines and Ella (Deck) Gaines.
He married Jenny Aleane Medlin, August, 1948, she passed away and he married Marjorie Overbey in 1974.
Heuda is survived by his wife, Marjorie; his daughter, Shirley Taylor; his grandchildren, Tim Gaines, Jon (Jennifer) Gaines, Amy Cable, Jenny Norman, Lori (Collin) Yates, Thomas (Kelly) Taylor III, Jamie Overbey, and Ashley (Kolt) Zick; 17 great grandchildren; and his sister, Corna Watkins.
In addition to his first wife, Jenny Aleane, he was preceded in death by his son, Donnie Gaines; his parents; and brothers and sisters.
Burial in Wanda Cemetery.
