"Edward Hunt Dead"- On Wednesday, March 22, at 9 pm, Edward Hunt died after a short illness at his home, 81 S. 15th St., Kansas City, KS. Mr. Hunt was born in Boone CO, KY April 15, 1852, came to LaCygne with his parents about 1875, moving on a farm about 5 mi. E of LaCygne. On Jan 1, 1879, he was united in marriage to Miss Labetta Dedo by the Rev. W.W. Guinn of this vicinity. The children of this union are Mrs. W.R. Crouse, Sister Mary Catherine (of the Sisters of Mercy), Mrs W. Hanna, Mrs. W. McGill, John F. Hunt, Cave Hunt (deceased), Mrs. J.R. Stanley, all of Kansas Cit. Mr. and Mrs. Hunt, with their family left LaCygne in 1901 and since then has resided in Kansas City, Kasas. Many friends from far and near attended his funeral services, which were conducted at St. Benedict's Church, Interment was at Mount Calvary cemetery.

Edward R. Hunt, 67 years old, 81, South Fifteenth Street, died last night at his home. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bettie Hunt; five daughters, Sister Mary Catherine, St. Agnes Academy, Kansas City, MO; Mrs. Crouse, Edwardsville; Mrs. Jessie Hanna, 81 S. Fifteenth Street; Mrs. Mary McGill, 1035 Wyoming Street, Kansas City, MO; and Mrs. Kittie Stanley, 81 S. Fifteenth Street, and a son, John F. Hunt, 81 S. Fifteenth Street. Funeral services will be at 9:30 o'clock tomorrow morning at St. Benedict's church. Burial in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
