Mr. Turner was a Jenkins County native, son of the late Susie Clark Turner and the late James R. Turner. Funeral services were held at the Jarrell Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by the Rev. Jack Smith, pastor of the First Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Screven County Memorial cemetery.
