Fell Over Dead

Thompson [Thomas N.] Bowser, who drove team for the brick plant at Neafeton, dropped dead this afternoon. He was hitching up his team in the company's barn at the end of the noon hour, and stooped down to his bucket when he fell over and was dead in five minutes. The deceased was aged about 60 years and was the father of John Bowser, a teacher in the Wickboro schools. The remains were removed to the family residence on [940] Orr avenue, Wickboro. He had eaten his dinner at the boiler house and then went back to the barn where his body was found in the feed room a few minutes later.
