Norma Jean Young, 87, of Kansas City, KS, died September 28, 2014 at Shawnee Mission Medical Center. Norma was born in Elizabeth, Arkansas on February 12, 1927. She is survived by her husband, Cecil Young; son, Dale Young and his wife Elaine; grandchildren, Kristen Smith (Kevin), Robin Young (Annamarie), Nikki Creasy (Clint), Caleb Young; great-grandchildren, T.J. Smith, Taylor Young, Seth Young (Nicole), Alex & Allison Creasy; great-great- grandson, William Young. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 1-2:30 PM followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM both being held at Maple Hill Funeral Home, KCK.
