Joyce Louise Anske, 90, of Bartonville passed away Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014, at her home.
She was born on June 17, 1924, in Bartonville, Ill., the daughter of Lillian May (Nevitt) and Thomas Henry Thomas. She married Frederick Eugene Anske on Sept. 12, 1944. He preceded her in death in May 2000.
Joyce is survived by her two children, Cheryl (Dave) Richards of Peoria and Gary (Sarah) Anske of Pottstown; and sister-in-law, Gladys Thomas of Pekin.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leslie Thomas and Lyle Thomas; and two sisters, Elizabeth Rhoads and Arlene Gall.
Cremation has been accorded. Graveside services and burial will be at Lutheran Cemetery, 914 S. Pleasant St., Peoria.
