Wally served his country in the U.S. Army in 1945 & 46.
He married Ethel L. Tutor on March 12, 1949 recently celebrating 65 years of that union.
Wally retired from the U.S. Postal service and held many other jobs in his younger years, everything from deck hand on a Puget Sound Ferry Boat, Over the Road Truck Driver to installing ball turrets in B-17's during World War II.
Wally is survived by his wife Ethel, Sons: Dennis(Kristine) and Russell(Kristine). Daughters: Marilyn (John) Pank and Janice (tony) Santisi.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, son Ronald (Roseanne), brothers Raymond (Ida) Korhonen and Freddie Bartholomew, sister Estella Bartholomew and cousin Alvin Korhonen.
