He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 60 years, Betty Louise Neely Flood; by two children, Eloise Flood and David Flood; and by one granddaughter, Rebecca Grayson.
Survivors include; 2 sons, James Flood of Chino Valley, AZ, and John Flood of Houston, TX; 3 daughters, Kathy DeLong and husband, Robert, of Richmond, TX; Yvonne Flood of Denver, CO; and Elisabeth Flood and husband, Alan Magenheim, of Houston, TX; 1 sister, Arlys Flood Freimuth of Lincoln, Nebraska ; 9 grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives; and his loyal friend , "Frost".
