Funeral services for Estella Mae Eakin, 79, The Dalles, will be May 12, Monday, at 2 p.m. in Spencer Libby & Powell Funeral Home. She died May 7 in the hospital here.
Mrs Eakin was born in Oregon on April 29, 1907 and had lived here 30 years. She had worked as a packer for Diamond Fruit in Hood River. She was a member of the LDS Church and the Azalea Rebekah Lodge.
Survivors include nieces and nephews. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery. Memorials have been suggested to the Oregon Heart Fund.
