DUNCAN, Funeral for Mary Clay Free, 65, of Duncan, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bala Raju Pudota officiating.
Burial will follow at 1 p.m. Monday at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin.
Mary passed away Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, at her home surrounded by a loving family.
Mary was born Dec. 27, 1947, in Altus, to Monroe and Minnie Lively Sullivan. She married Donald Charles Free on Feb. 12, 1965, in Lawton. He preceded her in death on Feb. 23, 2013. Mary was a homemaker, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and truly a friend to all who knew her. She was a member of the VFW and DAV Auxiliary and the Catholic Church.
Mary is survived by four children: Michelle Bilodeau, of Duncan; Donna Free, of Waco, Texas; Reginald Free and wife Jeanette, of Harker Heights, Texas; and Brenda Roberson and husband Carl, of Fairbanks, Alaska; two brothers: Jesse Sullivan, of Weatherford; and Alvin Sullivan, of Waurika; two sisters: Betty Farrow, of Binger; and Angela Jenkins, of Altus; eight grandchildren: Holly Conlin, Claryce Free, Sierra Bilodeau, Candice Roberson, Cheyenne Bilodeau, Katie Roberson, Chrissy Roberson and Jean Marie Roberson; four great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
Mary was also preceded in death by her parents.
Pallbearers will be: Alvin Sullivan, Billy Ray Bolin, Mark Gregory, Curtis Hibbert, Cory Sullivan and Justin Sullivan.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
