Funeral services in memory of the late James Wesley Bradley were held in the Sunville Presbyterian Church with Rev. J. Murray officiating. on Wednesday afternoon.
The church was filled with relatives and friends and the floral tributes were exceptionally profuse and beautiful.
In the course of the services Rev. Murray read Tennyson's poem, "Crossing the Bar" and the hymn "Goodnight Here and Good Morning Up There."
Interment was in the Sunville Cemetery with the following as pallbearers: John, Floyd and Claude Tingley, John and George Bradley and Carl Shartle.
Mr. Bradley, aged 82, died on Monday evening at 7:15 o'clock in the home of his daughter, Mrs. D.W. Rice, RD 1, Cooperstown.
Surviving the deceased are one daughter, Mrs. Rice; five grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters: C.A. Bradley, of Diamond; Clyde Bradley, of Wallaceville; Oran Bradley, of Shamrock, W.Va.; Hayes Bradley, of Clarksburg, W.Va.; Mrs. Jessie Pizer, of Franklin; Mrs Mildred Tingley, of Cooperstown, and Mrs. Sarah Kerr, of Sunville.
