Barrett, Leesburg, he directs that after payment of all just debts and funeral expenses, he leaves his 20-acre farm in Fairfield Township and all personal property thereon, in equal shares, to his three children, Vivian Maurine Jones, Clinton DeLoss Barrett, and Lawrence Dean Barrett.
He leaves to his wife, Nellie T. Barrett, his real estate in Leesburg, which he bought from the F. T. Pavey heirs. He also leaves to his wife all his funeral equipment and supplies owned and used by him in his business as funeral director.
He also directs that his executrix, Nellie T. Barrett, sell all other property that he owns real and personal.
He further states that after payment of debts, funeral expenses, and costs of administering his estate, that the proceeds of the sales, added to any money he had in the bank and money from the sale of any security he owned, be paid in equal one-quarter shares to his wife and each of his three children.
