Russell K. Gorsegner, 56, a resident of Minneapolis, passed away at Mercy Hospital at Anoka, Minn. on Saturday, December 27, 1969.

He was born in Stanley Wisconsin on November 18, 1913, the son of Christian and Pearl Gorsegner. He grew up in the Stanley area. On April 27, 1931, he was united in marriage to Lila Larson at Stanley. They moved to Minneapolis in 1935; in 1943 moved to the Jump River area; and in 1960 returned to Minneapolis.

Mr. Gorsegner is survived by his wife, Lila; three sons, Christian, James and Russell of Coon Rapids, Minn.; two daughters, Mrs. Ernest (Pattie) Buckman of Minneapolis, and Mrs. Gordon (Shirley) Fink of Glen Flora, Wisconsin' two brothers, Clarence of Loyal and Richard of Gilman; also 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter.

Funeral service were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley, with Rev. Thomas Fusland officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.
