He leaves $300 and all the household goods to his wife; ten acres of land to his son Marsellys; $250 or land to his son Perry; each of his daughters, Mary Rankin, Phena Johnson, Clara Johnson and Anna Harwood, receives $300; J. S. Harwood is given $200; $10 is left to the heir of his daughter, Ollie Jones, over whose grave he wishes a monument erected.
