Miss Ida Meiners died at her home on Tuesday afternoon, after being ill for several years. For the past three months her condition had been critical, and death relieved her of all suffering.

Miss Meiners was born in this city on May 15, 1872, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Diedrich Meiners, pioneer settlers of this city. She attended the local schools, and for many years had charge of the millinery and ready-to-wear department of the Charles Ruedebusch company.

From 1925 to 1933 she lived in Milwaukee with her sister, Miss Louise Meiners, who instructed in Milwaukee schools. Since 1933 they have made their home on Allen street in this city.

Surviving are the sisters, Miss Louise Meiners and Mrs. E. H. Naber, and a brother, Emil Meiners, all of this city.

The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the home on Allen street. Interment will be made in Graceland cemetery. It is requested that flowers be omitted.

Waehler from Lomira; Miss Lillian Waehler, Madison; Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Lehman, Knowles.
