Died Friday Night at Home of Her Son
Had Been Ill During the Past Week With Paralysis
Funeral Services Will Be Held Monday Afternoon
With Interment at Oakwood
Elizabeth Kidwell died at the home of her son, Chas. Kidwell, Friday evening at 11:30 o'clock, death resulting from paralysis with which she had suffered for just one week.
Elizabeth Overt was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Overt and was born in Ashland County and had attained the age of 80 years and 9 months. She was united in marriage to Geo. W. Kidwell and they moved to Bucyrus about thirty years ago. Mr. Kidwell died five years ago. To this union eight children were born and of these four are living. They are Mrs. Victor Shaw, Howard and Charly Kidwell, of Bucyrus and Walter Kidwell of Akron. There are 33 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She leaves no brothers or sisters, she being the last of a family of eleven children to be summoned by the Reaper, Death. To the surviving relatives the sincere sympathy of all is extended in this hour of their bereavement.
Mrs.. Kidwell was a member of the English Lutheran Church and lived a sincere Christian life. She was a woman who was held in the highest esteem by her neighbors and friends and in ther death a good woman has been called to the realms beyond the Dark Valley of the Shadow of Death to dwell forever with Him in whom she lived, moved and had her being.
