Churchill death Reported
Mrs. Hattie L. Churchill, 60, passed away in a Bakersfield hospital February 23 after a lengthy illness.
Born Nov. 7, 1902 in Massachusetts, she had lived in Mojave for the past three years, residing at 15255 Nadene St.
Mrs. Churchill is survived by two sons, Vernon and Lewis, both of Mojave, and six grandchildren.
Services were held Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. in Stickel Mortuary with Rev. Jack Courtney officiating. Interment was in Mojave District Cemetery.
