Stephen Berrato (sic) Passes on, Services held
Stephen Peter Berrator,(sic) 81, of 15651 K Street died in a Lancaster hospital on June 2.
Born January 23, 1882 in Italy, Mr. Beratto was a retired machinist having worked for U.S. Steel in Pittsburg, Ca. for 32 years.
He leaves a wife Minnie of Mojave; three daughters, Jennie Deilsigne of Mojave, Irene Hampton of Gardena, and Gloria Swanson of Torrance; four brothers, Vincent of Oklahoma, Pet, John and James of Pittsburg, Ca.; one sister, Mary Faletti of Antioch, Ca., and seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Services were held June 4 in Stickel Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jeffry Utter officiating.
Interment was in Mojave Cemetery with arrangements by Stickel Mortuary.
