Charles Kinzel "Peanut" Allen, 49, a resident of the Friendship community near Benton, died early Saturday morning.
Allen was an employee of Cleveland Chair Company and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Helen Lanning Allen: a daughter, Bobbie Allen; one grandson, Christopher Allen; all of Delano; Mother, Mrs. D. C. Carter of Delano; father, D. E. Allen of Cleveland; two sisters, Miss Wanda Carter and Mrs. Gwendolyn Wilson, both of Delano; one step-brother, Jordan F. Carter; and one nephew, Douglas Wilson, both of Delano.
Funeral will be Monday at 2 p. m. from the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Fox and Rev. Garvin Chastain officiating.
Interment will be in Friendship Cemetery.
