Henry was a member of Grace MB Church. He loved his church and cherished his church family.
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and traveling.
Henry served in the U.S. Army in Korea, and retired from Caterpillar as a Jeep Operator.
He leaves one son, Henry (Emma) Jones of Peoria; four daughters, Vivian (Rev. Larry) Johnson, Ellenor (Will) Harris, Helen (David) Jenkins and Libby (Desi) Taylor, all of Peoria; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; many nieces, nephews, cousins; one brother-in-law; one sister-in-law; and one special daughter-in-law, JoAnn Wright of Peoria; one special son-in-law, Juan Fuentes; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers and two sisters.
Henry will be laid to rest in the Parkview Cemetery.
