Patricia J. “Patsy” Bradler, 84, died Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at the Ashtabula County Nursing Home.

She was born November 26, 1919 in Brantford, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Clayton A. and Arlene G. (Chapman) Perry and had been an Ashtabula resident most of her life.

Mrs. Bradler was a member of St. Joseph Church, belonged to the St. Joseph’s Guild and Catholic Daughters of America, V.F.W. Post 943 Auxiliary for forty years, and along with her husband, was a 50 year member of the Sheffield Grange. She enjoyed reading and formerly served as a Gray Lady for Ashtabula General Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. on December 7, 1998; one daughter, Susan Bradler in infancy; two sisters, Nancy Rebmann and Jane Hillier; one brother, Byron C. Perry; her step-father, Lucius “Lew” Olin, who helped raise her; and her parents.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday June 1, 2004 at 10:00 A.M.at the St Joseph Cemetery Chapel, in Ashtabula. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Ashtabula.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ashtabula Regional Cancer Center, 2412 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, Ohio. Envelopes will be available at the cemetery chapel
