Obituary for James Boone

James A. Boone was born in Lafayette, Indiana, on December 30, 1940 to Jesse and Edna Boone.

He accepted Jesus Christ and was baptized in 1961. He remained faithful in his walk with the Lord until his death. On May 30, 1959 he was joined in marriage to Nadyne Jamison. This union was blessed with six children. James is preceded in death by his parents, his grand daughter Kristen Basore, and his brother-in-law Ronald Filbrun.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, and their six chldren: Janet and Dale Eikenberry, Arcanum, Ohio: Becky and Ward Deaton, Zillah, WA: Stacy Boone, Boulder, Colorado: Gina and Nolan Garber, Quinter, Kansas: Darin and Merna Boone, Pasco, Washington, and Heidi and Chad Basore, Granger Washington. He is also survived by one brother , Gary Boone, and four sisters; Morya Bauman, Janice Filbrun, Sharon Deaton, and Diane Rogers.

Public visitation with Funeral services to be at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Sunnyside.

Funeral Services will bee at the Dunker Brethren Church in Quinter, Kansas. Burial will be in the Quinter Cemetery.
