Celina M. Lovato, age 84, beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister, was embraced by the Lord and taken to her heavenly home on Sunday, December 23, 2012, while surrounded by her loving family.
Celina was a life long resident of Bernalillo, NM, where she was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church.
Celina was a loving and caring person, who was very proud of all her children. Celina pride herself on the great accomplishment of raising her precious children, whom she loved so much.
Celina was preceded in death by her parents, Epimenio and Lucianita Montoya, son, Don S. Lovato Jr., sisters, Consuelo Shearer, Monica Montoya and Teofila Montoya and brother, Antonio Montoya.
Celina is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Don S. Lovato, her wonderful children, Dolores Archibeque and her husband, John, Ceci Roseberry and her husband, Buster, Margaret Chávez and Elizabeth Sedillo and her husband, Michael, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, sister, Jane Perea and other numerous relatives and friends.
Celina will be greatly missed by her loving family and by those whose hearts she touched.
A rosary will be recited on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, NM, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Enrichment will take place at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM at 1:30 p.m.
