A former burial ground in Leamington Spa, which when it closed in April 1850 contained 2074 burials. Some of these burials were exhumed and moved to the nearby Brunswick St. cemetery when New Street itself was realigned in March 1958.
In 1968 responsibility for the burial ground was given to the Local council, (now Warwick District Council) with covenants stating, the site was to be made into a public garden. The site is now maintained as a nature park by the council and a local community group, arc.
Today a number of gravestones have been moved to the wall surrounding the park over the years many others have been moved from the site with their whereabouts or fate is unknown.
