Rogers Cemetery and Burial Grounds are on private property 2 miles south of Gladesville. Take Fairview next to the church as if you are going to Gladesville Cemetery. Pass the sign to Gladesville Cemetery and continue 2 miles. There is a sharp right turn on the paved road with a private gravel drive straight ahead. Stop and back up.....on your right is a new double wide and north of that is a steep hill. The cemetery can't be seen from the paved road and is up the hill and to the left. The cemetery is totally overgrown with blackberry bushes and grass and needs to be cut back in order to see what gravestones are left. The first gravestone inside the gate is for Salome Rogers Fortney. I would ask at the owners house before trying to see this cemetery.
