This graveyard is one of the oldest in the Evarts(Harlan County area)...41 of the graves were unmarked except for a crude stone at the head and foot
of each grave...I (Gabriele Pridemore [email protected]) am looking for people in this area that may know of
the person's buried there,I have been told by several people that a lot of the graves are from the 1700's and were there long before any kind of funeral services were available here.

This is a small cemetery located on a knoll in Bailey's Creek right outside the city of Evart's Kentucky (Harlan
County)
