This photo shows the location of the Barton Street Cemetery plaque (front and center) in relation to the building at 900 Barton Street (once the high school, later Maury School, now condominium) and to the existing Maury Stadium (at left). On the far right of the building beside the sidewalk as shown here, there's another plaque referring to Barton Street Potter's Field, and explaining that remains were moved to other cemeteries when the high school was built in 1920. Neither the Barton Street Cemetery nor the Barton Street Potter's Field exist today.
