Add PhotosCemetery is described in the obituaries of the two persons buried there as "near Curran".
Before adding this cemetery to Find A Grave, I searched genealogical and historical websites that cover Curran Township and also made a Google search. I did not find Paullin Cemetery listed anywhere, although Genealogy Trails for Sangamon County does include one cemetery in Curran Township as "Unknown".
I also looked into the possibility that this cemetery was on land owned by a man named Paullin. From a quick search in Ancestry.com, found a Thomas Paullin who died in Springfield in 1903 as well as a Charles Paullin who lived in Springfield in the early 1900's. Both are buried in Oak Ridge Cemetery (Springfield). There are also numerous entries for Paullin's in early 1900's Springfield City Directories. So it appears very likely this cemetery is on land once owned by one of these Paullin men.
Wikipedia describes Curran, Illinois as follows: "a village in Curran Township, incorporated in 2005 and located "a few miles west of Springfield and is part of the Springfield Metropolitan Statistical Area". It states the township consists of a little over 2 square miles.
I welcome any information or questions regarding this cemetery at my Find A Grave email address.
