Denny Broompark Church had its origins in a group of seceders who left Denny Parish Church in 1738, meeting for worship first at Lochgreen Farm, Falkirk, before moving to what is now Bonnybridge. In 1747 the antiburgher members left to form a new antiburgher congregation in Dennyloanhead. The remaining members in Denny were connected to the Burgher Associate Synod, and in 1847 the congregation entered the United Presbyterian Church, then the United Free Church in 1900, taking the name Broompark United Free Church, and then entered the Church of Scotland in 1929. In 1963 the congregation united with Denny West Church in October 1963 to form Denny Westpark Church of Scotland.. The Church of Scotland kirk session for Denny Broompark sat within the presbytery of Linlithgow and Falkirk from 1929 and then in 1976 it became part of the Presbytery of Falkirk. The church building in Denny was opened in 1787 and closed in 1963. The congregation merged with Denny West Church of Scotland, to become Denny Westpark Church of Scotland on Duke Street, Denny.
