There are numerous graves at this cemetery, however there are only 6 with any identifying markings. The other headstones are unmarked sandstone rock. This cemetery has recently been "reclaimed" from the overgrowth/woods by Greenwood volunteers. Through their research into the history of this cemetery they determined the correct name through historical records dating 1886. There was an African Methodist Episcopal Church next to this cemetery.
