Engleman Lane runs off of Hubble road on north side of Hubble.
The following taken from the book Lincoln County, Kentucky (out of print) Page 183, and submitted by Eric Earle Engleman.
The plantation house built by Joseph Helm in 1800 and purchased by Christian Engleman still stands today near Hubble about six miles north of Stanford where the Hanging Fork Creek flows into the Dix River. Engleman/Harris descendants sold the farm in 1981 to Mr. John Tobe who skillfully restored the residence into its original condition.
