This small cemetery is located behind the old Union Hill Methodist Church (est. 1889) building. The cemetery land and the building are owned by the Union Hill First Congregational Methodist Church, which is located North of this cemetery. The building is not used by the church today but has long been a meeting place for 12-step programs. The building is in disrepair and may be demolished soon.

Creating confusion sometimes, there is another cemetery located just behind the church's new buildings across Union Hill Road from this cemetery. The name of the newer cemetery is Union Hill First Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery, but it appears on Google Maps as "Union Hill Cemetery".
