Est circa 1916
The cemetery is rectangular in shape and located on a gently sloping site overgrown with vegetation on the mountain side of the highway about 1.5 miles south of the Douglas Indian Cemetery.
The majority of burials were between 1926-1957. There are approximately 40 burial sites with 14 identifiable markers. Many Treadwell mine workers. Some of the burial sites have low concrete walls surrounding the plot, and most markers are seriously deteriorated.
