Kelly Family Cemetery was originally named the Johnson Ledbetter Family Cemetery. It is located on private property with locked gates on land that was originally the Ledbetter family farm. The cemetery is located on a cliff where the old Johnson Ledbetter house stood overlooking the Etowah River.

Johnson Ledbetter's granddaughter, Nancy Millie Barrett, married Hiram Kelly and after Johnson Ledbetter's death they bought his farm. They renamed the cemetery calling it the Kelly Family Cemetery. Johnson Ledbetter and his several of his family are buried there.
