This cemetery located at Seven Islands, Fluvanna County, Virginia is on private posted property. The cemetery was rediscovered in January 2010. The original homeplace of Thomas Shores, Jr. burned February 24, 1908. Crenshaw L. Bugg rebuilt a brick home on the same footprint soon thereafter. In 1948 the Bugg home was taken down and the land sold to a timber company and planted in pine trees. While under the ownership of the timber companies (about 1980-85), the overgrown homeplace was logged and the cemetery was destroyed. In 2005 the property was purchased by the currnet owners who have cleared the undergrowth at the homeplace in order to preserve the area.

As of 2010, the pieces of only one tombstone have been found. It has been said that many people are buried in the cemetery. If more stone are located, they will be placed on findagrave.
