Fuller-Twichell Cemetery is located 1 mile east of Batchtown, south on Fuller Hill. The last burials took place there in 1948.
Fuller-Twichell is located a distance from any public roads and has not been regularly maintained for many years. Boy Scouts Elliott Vanzandt, Bill Doctorman, Mike Kelly built signs, and cleared debris and weeds at the cemetery in 2002 as part of an Eagle Scout project under the direction of Scoutmaster Jeff Fuller. They were members of Troop 30 from St. Peters, St. Charles County, Missouri.
The terrain leading to the cemetery is rough, and private property must be crossed to get there. Electric fences will also be encountered as one goes through farmers' fields to get to the cemetery.
Some people have suggested that due to the number of rattlesnakes in this area, the best advisable time to consider visiting Fuller-Twichell is in the dead of winter.
