St Joseph Cemetery was established by Mormon pioneers in 1864 and was abandoned in 1869. Burials were made in the Overton (Pioneer Hill) Cemetery until the 1890s when there was a renewal of burials here. Both the Perry Huntsman Family and Joseph Smith Huntsman family buried their children here during that period.
Lee Huntsman, one of Perry Huntsman sons, during his retirement repaired this cemetery and the Westpoint Cemetery both neglected sites. Here he made a marker and listed those he knew to be buried here. The cemetery was further restored as an Eagle Scout project in 1991, by Nathaniel H. Robison a descendant of original St. Joseph Pioneers. St Joseph was abandoned when it was discovered to be in Nevada and not Arizona. Resettlement occurred and the town was renamed Logan. As mail was often confused with Logan, Utah the town was renamed Logandale.
Only two graves are identified.
