The 5 Penncrest Angels

In 1999, five beautiful teenage girls went to buy their prom dresses. While returning home, they were all killed in a single car accident on Baltimore Pike, in the Wawa section of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. All of these young girls were accomplished in their own way. It was a tragic loss to the Rose Tree Media community. All of the girls attended Penncrest High School in Media, Pennsylvania. At the location of their accident, a constant memorial is maintained by their loving families. These girls are known in the community as The Five Angels.
