Memorials are transferred for direct relatives within four generations. This includes your spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. That being said, if you want a friend or relative's page transferred, just suggest an edit and tell me how you know them. I will likely transfer the memorial page to you.
