Sarah Frazier Near/Neer/Neir continuously states her father's born in Scotland, her mother in New York and she in Pennsylvania So please review the facts Sarah Frazier Neer is 1870 with son Phillip Neer is 66 yrs old. In 1880 census with Mary C Neer Bratton at Williams County Ohio census she is 77 yrs old . Sarah Frazier Near's age is very consistant with each census including the 1850 census.
