Bio

The picture you see is my grandmother, Peggy Eolin Sewell. I suppose she is the person who lit the fire in me to become a Genealogist. What was a hobby turned into a journey through the history of my German roots. I have been very passionate about helping people find family members since the earlier 80's.

Now with the birth of the internet making it possible to search globally, and find information, breaking through genealogy "brick walls" to discover my heritage and others. This is my second "FindAGrave" account as the other was lost forever and no hope for recovery. This way before they had this system down. I started in 2000 while home healing from a surgery. What a wonderful way to convalesce!

There is nothing I enjoy more then solving historical mysteries.❁
Working with "Find a Grave" on this new level has been so much fun. I am currently photographing our local National Cemetery, and a local church with a tower of cremains. I love receiving messages from family who have received my photo's.⚝彡

We are the chosen. In each family, there is one who seems called to find the ancestors. To put flesh on their bones and make them live again, to tell the family story and to feel that somehow they know and approve. Doing genealogy is not a cold gathering of facts, but instead, breathing life into all who have gone before. We are the storytellers of the tribe.
