The Martinez Cemetery Preservation Alliance (MCPA) is focused on the Preservation, Beautification, and Advocation for the restoration of the Alhambra Pioneer Cemetery. It is the oldest known cemetery not only in Martinez but also of Contra Costa County.
Our volunteer efforts started in 2015 under the banner of the Potter's Field Restoration Project until it was expanded and brought under the auspices of the MCPA founded in 2019. To learn more, please visit https://www.martinezcemetery.org.
