Arizona Irish Lady (ok, German, too... NEW! Not, had AncestryDNA done and though we're Barnhart's, we're not German... who knew?).

Retired from the Phoenix Police Department. Moved into the mountains to get out of the heat and got bored quickly. Planted a garden and got some chickens; so while the plants grow and the chickens lay, will delve deeply into genealogy.

I got into genealogy when spinster great-great aunts (Bayless/Brady/McNeal) died and left tons of information that had been sitting in boxes. Bibles, pictures, books published by the family. WOW! I've since gone crazy with finding out all I can. (Our email name comes from the radio code which police/fire in Phoenix use for an insane person) If you knew our family, you'd understand.

Have gotten back to 800 AD on my Barnhart/Brady side (Ballagh-Barnhart-Bayless-Brady-Broyles-Erickson-Fly-Fullen-G'Fellers-Hopwood-Lawson-McNeal/McNeil-Million-Orr-Pendleton-Schulte-Seaton-Stokes-Summerford-Watts-Wilhoit) and am starting on my husband's family (Clark-Higgins-Hopwood-Klopfenstein-Lawrence-Lee-Stauffer-Sutter-Sutor) now.

Now, I'm into finding where everyone is buried and getting photos of the gravestones.

(I've only taken pictures of cemeteries in the Arizona areas and all of those photos are free for the taking. A credit would be nice, but not mandatory)

[Please understand that there is, undoubtedly, incorrect info on some memorials; possibly provided by family, those who've contacted me, countless other people; and was not put on them to upset others, nor to invade privacy. If you can correct them, please contact me]
