Mary Grace Busby Rains, age 69, homemaker, died of kidney failure Sunday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Maple Springs Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery in Madison County near Mercer. Bells Funeral Home has charge.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Bells. Mrs. Rains, the widow of Rev. J. D. Rains, whom she married on Oct 11, 1942 in West Memphis, Arkansas, leaves two daughters, Sandra Meredith of Clinton, Ind., and Summer Poole of Olive Branch, Miss.; three sons, Richard Rains of Waynesboro, Randy Rains of Dallas and Ray Rains of McEwen; a sister, Jeanette Cavallo of Southaven, MS; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family requests that any memorials be sent to the Hand Bell Choir fund at First Baptist Church in Bells, Tennessee.
