Funeral services for Nita Clemmer Boyd, 97, of Richmond, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Davis-Green Lawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg. Nita was born May 6, 1915 in Callahan County to Robert Clemmer, Sr. and Jesse Windland Clemmer. She passed away June 26, 2012 at her residence in Richmond. Nita is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Boyd; parents, Robert and Jesse Clemmer; an infant son, Douglas Boyd; son-in-law, Gary James Tidwell; and numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Helen Tidwell; sister, Verna Jo Clemmer; brother, Cloise Clemmer; grandson, Jamey Tidwell; granddaughters, Jana McKee and husband, Gene and Chaille Tidwell; great grandchildren, Matthew Montgomery, Mason Montgomery, James Donovan Tidwell and Kendyll Wallace; along with other relatives and friends.
