Mildred BRILL, 95, died Wednesday (April 9, 2003). She was born March 10, 1908, to Chester and Nellie (Beard) Decker, on a farm near Oberlin. In 1920, she moved with her parents to a farm west of Wauneta.
In 1929, she married Clarence Helm. She was elected Chase County Treasurer in 1938, and served for eight years.
On Oct. 9, 1960, she married Herman Brill. In 1962, they moved to Boulder, CO, where she was employed as Deputy County Clerk in charge of records.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herman in 1972; a brother, Loide; and a nephew. (from Obituary)
