Mineral Point- Kenneth E. Doan, age 58, of Mineral Point, died suddenly Tuesday, July 17, while on vacation north of Abbotsford, Wisconsin. He had attended Mineral Point schools, and was a veteran of World War II, serving two years overseas. He was a member of the United Church of Christ in Mineral Point, Mineral Point American Legion, and the Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include two brothers, Donald, Darlington, and Clifford, Mineral Point; also one sister, Mrs. Fremont (Marion) Calvert, Darlington; one nephew and ten nieces.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:30 pm at the Gorgen Funeral Home, Mineral Point, with burial in Graceland Cemetery.
