Walter is survived by his loving wife, Iva of Wainwright; two children, Joan (Dennis) Slobodian of New Sarepta, Alberta, Elroy Beeton of Prince George, British Columbia; four grandchildren, Sandra, Quentin, Paul, Lisa; four great grandchildren, Sean, Catreana, Cailey, Brooklyn; two brothers; three sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.
