Lloyd Edward Seabaugh, 87, of Jackson died Sunday, April 10, 2011, at The Monticello House in Jackson.
He was born April 28, 1923, in Sedgewickville, Mo., to Willis E. and Sophia Barks Seabaugh. He married Geraldine Doggett on Nov. 14, 1944. She died Feb. 4, 1996. He then married Clara L. Biri Miller on May 4, 1997, in Chicago.

Lloyd worked in the naval shipyard in San Francisco during World War II, then moved back to Jackson after the war and worked for more than 30 years at Missouri Dry Docks in Cape Girardeau as a welder, retiring in 1989.

Lloyd was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Jackson.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Clara, of Jackson; two sons, David Seabaugh of Chicago, Randy (Cheryl) Seabaugh of Jackson; an adopted son, Kon Chung Chan of Chicago; a stepson, Bill (Brenda) Miller of Marble Hill, Mo.; a stepdaughter, Wilma (Daryl) Sanders of Jackson; one brother Buford (Imogene) Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau; one granddaughter, Kelli Seabaugh; one great-grandaughter, Mattie; four stepgrandchildren, Kimberly, Laura, Tammy and Wayne; eight great-stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Kyle, Clay, Blake, Brandon, Brooke, Dustin and Dustiny; and one great-great-stepgranddaughter, McKinse.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Norman.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Dr. Grant F.C. Gillard and Chaplain Boyd Summers officiating.

Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to The Presbyterian Children's Home.
