Killed in Accident
Eugene Boyer, 10, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Boyer of near Milford, was killed Saturday by an overturning tractor on which he and his sister, Betty, 16, and brother, Wayne, 14, were traveling between two farms operated by their father to gather apples,
Betty received a hip fracture and Wayne suffered a broken leg. The parents were shopping in Spencer at the time.
The Boyer family lived near Mallard before going to Milford and the children attended the Mallard Community school.
